Please welcome Eddie as the new manager of Hunter’s Run Gun Club, and feel free to drop in and shoot a couple rounds with him.

A Little About Eddie:
Eddie has been a member of Hunter’s Run Gun Club since 2009 when he began shooting clays for the first time. Originally from San Diego, but growing up in Baton Rouge and a graduate of LSU, he has always been an avid hunter and fisherman, but he really found his passion on his first sporting clay shoot.  Since then he has been intrigued with the sport, and he shoots all three of the disciplines, trap, skeet, and sporting clays.  In the past two years, he has traveled and shot competitive sporting clays on a national level accumulating several shooting accolades.  He achieved Master Class status in June of 2011, and he has devoted his time to evolving into a well rounded shooter.  “I am addicted to shooting, and I believe that everyone should practice each discipline.  Hunter’s Run is the perfect club, to accomplish this because it offers great trap and skeet fields, and then it is easy to step over and shoot sporting clays.”

Eddie is passionate about supporting shooting sports, and he loves to assist new shooters.  “Shooting for the first time can be very intimidating, but with the right help, first time shooters can become hooked on the sport.  Nothing is more satisfying that watching a young or first time shooter start breaking clays!”
